Your browser’s discovery lists

Saved films, manually marked watched films and recently opened pages stay in your browser’s local storage. They are not a SeedMovies account or a cross-device profile. You can remove them by clearing this site’s browser data.

When you send a form

SeedMovies receives the details you enter: your name and email, optional company, project or film links, budget range, message, consent choices and enquiry type. We also keep the submission date, the page you used and recognised campaign parameters, so we can review the enquiry and understand where it came from. Recognised campaign tags may stay in this tab’s session storage for up to a day so they can accompany an enquiry after you navigate the site.

Enquiries are stored privately on Vercel infrastructure in the United States. They are accessible to the SeedMovies operator, not the public film directory. Sending an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. Newsletter interest has its own explicit email consent.

Keeping the forms usable

The service checks request origins and uses private, time-scoped hashes to limit repeated submissions. These safeguards use connection information without putting your raw IP address into an enquiry record. Infrastructure providers may maintain operational logs under their own policies.

Handling & retention

We use enquiry details to assess and respond to your request, handle consent choices and develop requested services. A creator’s private contact information is not shared with a prospective client without permission. Information is kept while it is relevant to the enquiry or requested updates, subject to deletion or withdrawal requests and any record-keeping obligations.

Third-party publishers & tools

Video players load when you choose to play a film. YouTube, Vimeo, linked tool providers and hosted fonts may receive connection information and apply their own privacy practices. Links to tools lead to third-party websites. SeedMovies does not receive your payment details through these enquiry forms.

Access, correction or withdrawal

You can ask us to access, correct or delete submitted details, or withdraw interest-list consent, using the request form below. Use the email you originally supplied; we may need to verify a request before acting on it.
